The first published version of suqo-checkout.js.

SuqoCheckout.mount, unmount and configure, plus declarative data-suqo-* attributes, for rendering the payment block inline.
onReady, onSuccess, onFailure, onUnavailable and onIntent callbacks. onSuccess and onFailure fire exactly once per attempt, and cancelled is reported apart from failed.
onIntent: the frame can ask the script to hand a bank/wallet deeplink (intent://…, fonepayApp://…) to your own code. The script never navigates on it — only javascript:, data:, file: and blob: are refused.
data-suqo-flow="redirect" renders a link to the hosted checkout instead of an iframe.
In-app browsers, where no popup can open, are handed to SUQO's hosted checkout; the buyer returns through the session's return_url.

A checkout session created through the API, with a customer assigned, and its id passed to the block.
